WHAT IS THE MINDFUL MORNINGS CHALLENGE?

For most people, their morning begins the same way it usually does, by being triggered almost immediately into a subconscious cycle. They pull out their phone, go through their apps, get out of bed on the same side, and then go about their day.

 

THIS IS A CHALLENGE TO YOU TO BREAK THIS CYCLE

 

Each and every day, you have the power to shift who you are, and who you’ve been.

A life-changing morning routine doesn’t just happen. It must be designed and planned for. 

Together with myself, and many others, you will spend two weeks in practice of a powerful morning routine designed to bring intention to the changes you are seeking in your life. 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Join us to learn how to plan and execute a series of morning tasks designed to improve your mind and body health. Graining this new knowledge will allow you to happen to the day, rather than letting the day happen to you.

We will cover topics like:

  • Setting Healthy Boundaries with Screens and Technology
  • Affirmations
  • Upgrading Your Character
  • Priming Your Environment
  • Evening Routines

THE DAILY PRACTICES

 

To complete this challenge you get to check off 4 morning activities everyday for two weeks

 

No screens for one hour after waking up
Journaling session
Meditation, silence time, or prayer
Self care practice of your choice
