Beliefs are meanings that we give to experiences. Many of our beliefs were formed when we were very young, and we lacked appropriate logic to really understand how the world works. And for this reason, many of our beliefs are not aligned with the person we now know that we are meant to become. And until we work through these limiting beliefs, and do the work to change our paradigm, our own thinking will continue to keep us from taking the right actions, and in turn we will never get the results that we are looking for.
