There are two states of being that I like to call the Primal State, and the Powerful State. One state of mind comes with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, fear, anger. The other brings you joy, love, peace, calm, fulfillment. For the longest time I thought that I was in a powerful state, because I was happy-ish. But what I came to realize is that I was in a very low level of the primal state for most of the time everyday. Even being content and having my needs met, amazing wife and great kids, I still spent 4-6 hours everyday in a state of stress, anxiety and overwhelm. In this episode I'll cover more about what these two states look like, why it's important to be aware of your current state, and how you can move from one state to the other at your own will.
